The Film explores the strategic city of Burhanpur founded by the pre-Mughal Faruki Sultans in 1399. Being a cosmopolitan centre, the town was the meeting place of various scholars and Sufi saints from where the Mughal kings ruled and controlled the Deccan.
Sibtain Shahidi is a media professional who has worked for various television shows including fiction, non-fiction and reality shows. He currently teaches at the Zee Institute of Media Arts and is a visiting faculty at Whistling Woods International, Mumbai.
